Moving up in Rank
There are Only two ways to move up in Rank. The first is testing..Tests are preformed by the Phrophet and the Judicator ONLY. Pass the test Move up in rank. Secondly to challenge for a position against someone who already holds the Rank..If you Win you get their Rank. If the Max number has been reached for that position the looser is droped one Rank and the Winner get the position. If there are openings within the Rank the challenger and the Position holder both keep the higher rank IF the challenger wins If the challenger loses then they do not attain the new rank.
